Pre-Construction Project Manager

Michalis is our Pre-Construction Project Manager for solar PV sites, with over two decades of experience in the renewable energy sector. He is responsible for evaluating project risks, commissioning studies and surveys, and guiding designs to meet legal and technical requirements.

With a background spanning wind and solar, he has held roles in development, engineering, and construction management. Since 2022, Michalis has been ensuring projects transition smoothly into construction.

Simona first joined us as Senior Contracts Manager. Her transformative approach has helped us make a step change in how we collaborate with clients and partners, as well as how we effectively manage our scope of work. As Construction Director, Simona oversees efficient workflows to propel us towards achieving our strategic goals.

Oliver Fernandes

Head of Quality and Compliance

Oliver ensures our sites are completed to the highest specification, inspected and certified for handover to the O&M teams. He is the person completing our Performance Acceptance Certification procedures and cooperating with clients to meet all their requirements at each stage of the acceptance process.

Robert Thomas

Rob is a highly experienced SHEQ leader with a proven track record across construction, renewable energy, and Waste to Energy (WtE) management sectors. He is passionate about embedding a proactive positive SHEQ culture and driving continuous improvement through strategic planning, robust systems, and team empowerment.

 

Joining Ethical Power in May 2023, Rob has built the SHEQ department and driven the transformation of SHEQ practices and culture, earning prestigious awards including the British International Safety Award and ROSPA Gold award for consecutive years, furthermore securing ISO 45001, 9001, and 14001 accreditations.
